About Us

Roasters is the Southern Grill restaurant that has been brought to the Northeast. 

We are located in Durham, New Hampshire just off campus of the University of New Hampshire. We have been creating a buzz from the college students to the townies and they can't stop talking. Roasters has won multiple awards for their special brownies that they make and feature as their most sold dessert (and no, we won't tell you how they are made).

Roasters was opened during the summer of 2011 and will be continuing to expand rapidly throughout the college campus. Most of the ingredients used are not supplied from the local dining halls so customers' stomachs should have no problem after a meal.
